I'm also working on adding a page to my website for purchasing my beads and placing custom orders. I hesitate to make the page available just yet, because I'm going on vacation soon. I am also working on a studio remodel so that I can open my studio up to students! I am getting about 1/3 of my basement finished with drywall and a custom ventilation hood built. The workers are set to come in and do their thing during the beginning of October. Awesome, right?
So that adds more fun things to my plate. Finally sitting down and working on the curriculum for my beginning beadmaking class. I've attended seminars through the ISGB which provides some wonderful outlines and help with curriculum, liability waivers, and teaching ideas. I'm really excited, because even though I've taught a couple folks already, I've been dying to have a properly outfitted studio and be more "professional". I will take tons of pictures when it's finished, I promise.
That's all I have time to catch everyone up on for now. I desperately need to make more beads before I pack up all my tools and glass in preparation for the studio refurbishment. That fun chore will happen next week, while I systematically organize and move everything to a "safe" zone in the basement. Oh joy!
